Matt with Zeroach was amazing. I left a message inquiring about a general pest treatment which he was able to schedule and have a tech complete very quickly. I happened to ask him about a particular ant in the bathroom and he was quick to investigate asking me to conveniently send him a picture via text to which he informed me we had termites which is not something you ever want to hear. But Matt was very quick to calm my nervousness and provided great education. He ended up making multiple visits to confirm suspicions and even acquired a tool specifically to try and investigate without causing any damage to my floors or walls. When indeed it was confirmed, Matt personally worked around our bathroom remodel we decided to complete due the the amount of demo it was going to take to treat our issue and treated the infestation in between jobs with little notice. Zeroach is the best in town by far with the expertise, speed/convenience and personal connection Matt and his company provide.

Very affordable Kenny did an amazing job. Was very polite and helpful. I would recommend every time. If you have ants, roaches, really any kind of pest I’d give them a call. I’ll be using them every time I need sprayed.

100% satisfied with Zeroach. Not only did their services do exactly what they said they would, but their customer service is excellent. We were a little skeptical being told, they would get rid of “German roaches” in 2-3 treatments but they did just that. Spoke with Matt over the phone and he was very friendly and accommodating with our schedule. Conner is the one who came out both times to perform the treatments. First, we were very impressed with his always being so punctual. Conner was also very personable, professional, and patient in answering all our questions. We were also impressed because they never tried to “push” extra services on us, but answered our questions regarding future service. We honestly would not go with anyone else from now on.
