07/08/24 we replaced our 32 year old system. I chose Zone mainly due to Jason DeSantis, Div. Mgr., who handled the sales call. He was the only one who adequately addressed our problem, noise it makes when it cycles on. Replacing the uninsulated metal return ducts reduced the noise. and I replaced all the return vents which helped further. He also did not quote one price then lowered it a week later when we had not accepted the offer which all the others did, start out high then lower it which means they were overcharging us to begin with. I was so impressed with his crew I tipped them twice as much as normal. The new thermostat is easy to program with more features than the prior one. And lastly, after the install, he came back and inspected the system to make sure we were satisfied. Cool.

This was a great experience with Zone Home Solutions from beginning to end. Me and my wife worked with Jason to talk through options. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and works with us on pricing. Technicians Chandler and Song arrived on time and were very professional. They got the job done efficiently and took care to clean everything up. They walked through next steps with us as well. Jason came back and completed inspection. Overall, I would recommend Zone Home Solutions and if you are lucky, you will get to work with Jason, Chandler and Song!

I would recommend anyone looking for a HVAC system to call Zone. I found them using Trust Dale, which is the best decision I could of made. Val was the sweetiest lady you could talk to, answered my questions, Top Notch customer service. Jason came out, reviewed my needs and I made a decision for our new system. They scheduled Chandler and Barrett to replace my old system and I can't stress enough for the professional, politeness they exhibited. Talk about recovery!!! This company has customer value and satisfaction down to a science. This is my second year with Zone Solutions and I have been very impressed with the service and the pricing. I recently had a capacitor go out on my unit over the holiday weekend. I was pressed for air and went with a local company that came out and got the “job” done. I was debating canceling my service with Zone Solutions until I received a call from one of the best business men I’ve ever met, Jason. The first words Jason says to me over the phone is “I don’t want to loose you as a customer.” He was sincere and I was taken back because no one has ever said that to me the four years I’ve been in Georgia.
He asked me if the capacitor the other company placed matched my system and explained since it didn’t, if that part goes out in the future it will not be covered under my warranty. Jason came out and changed the part with a warranty part. His customer service and caring attitude won me over and kept me as a customer. Jason knows his stuff and knows how to value customers. Truly customer driven! Must try!

Good Customer Service and Resolution After Initial Issues

I initially had a difficult experience with Zone Home Solutions. I hired them to replace an evaporator coil, but after the service, my HVAC system developed additional issues. The technician removed a sensor, which led to the failure of both the furnace motor and circuit board, resulting in significant extra repair costs.

However, after sharing my concerns, the company responded promptly to resolve the problem. They fixed the furnace motor, sensor & damper bypass at no additional cost, showing that they are committed to making things right for their customers. While the situation was frustrating at first, I appreciate their willingness to step up and address the issue.

If you encounter any problems, I recommend voicing your concerns. Overall, they showed good customer service in the end, and I’m glad they resolved the issue for me and system is working so far.

I booked my first PEST CONTROL appointment well in advance, but after 30 minutes, the technician didn't show up. I called the office, and they said they had my number wrong. Then I received a call from the technician telling me it was because it was booked at the last minute and that he could come later after some services with no promise of time. I asked for another day, and it was the same, saying they could make a promise for the time scheduled. I called the office to let them know about the issue, and it didn't seem to be a problem for them. I didn't get the service. Trust dale's recommendation went wrong.

We have been extremely happy with Zone Home/Pest Solutions! We started with the company years ago when we had them install termite stations in our yard and have expanded to use their services for pest control as well. Zone Home prices are very fair and transparent. The office staff and technicians at the Buford location have always been kind, competent, and helpful. Jeff, our termite technician, is wonderful--We have had a lot of work done in our yard over the past year, and he has patiently worked with us to make sure the termite stations were handled well (even after being relocated multiple times and buried by the landscapers). Jeff is exceptionally knowledgeable and reliable! We also have been impressed by Elijah, our most recent pest control technician. We highly recommend Zone Home/Pest Solutions!

Jason and his team are the best . They are very responsive , whether it be information you need so you can make an informed decision or technical support about the system once it is installed . I use to have a bigger cooling / heating systems company serve my needs but I realized that these smaller ones have better customer service . I will highly recommend Zone Home Solutions.
